TaiYuan Snuggery is the leading professional designer and manufacturer of spiral welded steel pipe mill and ERW steel pipe mill, which are completely in accordance with API 5L standard. Steel pipes produced by above steel pipe making lines are mainly used for the transportation of gas, oil, water, and piling, as well as contructure pipes.Spiral welded pipe mill ranges from 12" to 120" and more as per customer's requirement. Wall thickness ranges 5mm to 25.4mm at X80 material grade, and length can reach 120M long.
ERW pipe mill ranges 1/2" to 24" X 20mm thickness at X70 material grade.
We supply high quality above mills along together with all finishing equipments such as End facing & beveling machine, hydroteste, end expandor, on line/ off lone UT and X-ray inspection etc. Namely we can in the position to design, manufacture and supply complete plant.
Our spiral pipe mills mainly have below alternative forms for customer's choice:
1. Front Swing type: production one coil by one coil
2. Continous production type: production without shut down while shearing
and joint welding between coils.
3. Tack welding type: namely two step solution production.
Namely: first step: high speed tack welding by CO2 at 10M/min
Second step: Finish SAW to finish final production.
